Why should I hire a Realtor®?

I’ve been in real estate since 1981 and the one question that people ask the most is, “Why should I hire a Realtor ®?”  My answer over the years has always remained consistent, you hire a Realtor® because we have the tools and resources necessary to help you sell your home.  For this post, I want to focus on how our Realtors® can help someone who has decided to sell their home.  It has become really easy for people to assume that they can list their home on the Internet and be able to get the amount they envision out of their property.  But before you make a snap decision about one of the most important financial transactions of your life, ask yourself these questions, Why do you go to a doctor when you’re sick?  Why do you hire an attorney to attend to your legal business? Why do you hire an accountant to make sure that your business is financially viable?  The answer is simple, you hire a professional because they bring experience and tools to the table.

Selling real estate, residential and commercial, in this market is a very complicated thing to do.  Our Realtors® can help you in several different areas.
